Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders without canceling them and replacing them. This is primarily because we do not save your payment information and are therefore unable to make additional charges to your credit card or PayPal account.
The good news is that we have made it easy to cancel your order on our website, and it will automatically add all of the items on your canceled order back to your shopping cart. This should make it very easy to make the changes you want and place a revised order.

Customers who placed an order as a guest will need to contact us to cancel their order.
Please note that you are only able to cancel an order before it has begun fulfillment in our warehouse. We don't normally fulfill orders on nights or weekends, but during a normal workday your order could begin fulfillment very quickly. If the cancel button does not appear next to your order, it cannot be modified.
