You can always return anything that's unopened and unused that you've received from us in the last 90 days.
- Securely package the items and send them back to the address that's on the invoice.
- Ship the item(s) back to us. Sorry, but we don't provide shipping labels. The Post Office is generally the least expensive method for returning smaller packages under 10 pounds, while FedEx or UPS is usually a better value for boxes over 10 pounds.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your shipment, highlighting the items you are returning.
Once we receive your return, we will credit your original payment source (your credit or debit card, or PayPal account) back for the cost of the items within 5 business days. Any shipping amounts that were paid are not refundable.
